Bus, "T," & Bike

There are more options than just driving when you want to visit Fifth Avenue Place. Grab a bus, hop on the underground "T" or jump on a bike and pedal your way to Downtown. It will cost you much less than you might have imagined, and in some cases it might even be free!

Bus & "T"

• Bus: Port Authority of Pittsburgh routes hundreds of buses through downtown daily. For detailed route information and stops downtown, please visit www.portauthority.org.
  
  Free Fare Zone – Bus travel within the Golden Triangle is free everyday until 7:00 pm.
  
  Downtowner Zone – This special zone provides lower fares for short rides within the area adjacent to Downtown. The Downtowner Zone is effective 24 hours a day, seven days a week and the cost is $1.25.
• "T": Free Fare Zone – T travel between these areas listed below is always free!
  • Gateway Center
  • Wood Street
  • Steel Plaza
  • First Avenue

Bike

Another great way to get downtown, both good for the environment and your health, is biking. Fifth Avenue Place has bike racks located directly outside of our Penn and Stanwix entrance.
